• 1 cup Avocado Pulp (sieved)
• 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 tsp Lime Zest (grated)
• ½ cup Lime Juice (fresh)
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 1 pinch Salt
• 9-inch Pie (single-crust)
How to make Avocado Lime Pie:
• Beat the egg yolks and to it, add the condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
• Put it in a blender and blend till thick.
• Add the avocado pulp and stir.
• Pour into the pie shell.
• Refrigerate for two hours.
• Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
