Butter Kaju Paneer

Butter Kaju Paneer is delicious North Indian recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Butter Kaju Paneer by following this easy recipe.  


Ingredients:

• 2 Cups butter
• 1 Cup grated paneer
• 1 Cup Onion paste
• 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
• 1/2 Cup tomato puree
• 3 Split green thai chilies
• 1 Cup bread crumbs (as a thickening agent)
• 3 tsp Sour cream
• 3 tsp Kajoo-chironjee paste
• 20 split Kajoo
• 10 Makhana (soaked in hot water)


 Spices:

• 2 Big Elaichi (powdered)
• 5 Small Elaichi (powdered)
• 1 tsp Garam masala powder
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Jeera
• Pinch of Nutmeg, Mace, Sugar
• Salt to taste
   
How to make Butter Kaju Paneer:
 

• Lightly brown the split kajoo in butter and keep aside.
• In a heavy bottomed pan, pour butter and crackle elaichi (big), jeera, chilies; then add onion paste, cook till brown in medium flame.
• Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.
• Now add rest of the spices and sugar (except the small elaichi) cook on high flame till the oil leaves the masala.
• Finally add bread crumbs, grated paneer and kajoo-chironjee paste and fry.
• Turn it to medium flame, add water and cover the pan with lid, cook for 10 min.
• Sprinkle makhana and split kajoos.
• Butter Kaju Paneer is ready.

Ingredients:

• 500 gm Paneer (Prepare small Paneer balls)
• 4 tbsp Corn Flour
• Green chilli (10 to 15 medium sizes)
• 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
• 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
• 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• 1 Green Capsicum (chopped)
• 4 Onions
   
How to make Chili Paneer:


• Mix Paneer balls with corn flour fry it in a kadai till it become brown.
• In a separate kadai, fry onions till brown.
• Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion.
• Then put small pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime.
• Add Fried Paneer to it.
• Then drop tomato/chill/soya sauce into kadai.
• Add salt also and stir it for 3/4 mints.
• Chili Paneer is ready.

Paneer Kebabs With Chilli Sauce is spicy and yummy recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Paneer Kebabs With Chilli Sauce by following this easy recipe.




Ingredients:

• 300 g Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese) 
• 1 clove Garlic (crushed) 
• 1/2 tsp Ginger (paste) 
• 1 Green Pepper (chopped) 
• 1 Red Pepper (chopped) 
• 1 cup Rice (cooked) 
• 2 tbsp Oil 
• Salt to taste

For Chili Sauce 

• 1/2 tsp red Chilies (ground) 
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 
• 1 tsp green Chilies (chopped) 
• 2 cloves Garlic (crushed) 
• 2 tsp Corn Flour 
• 3/4 cup Water 
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 
• 1 tsp Oil 
• 1 tbsp Sugar 
• Salt to taste 

How to make Paneer Kebabs with Chilli Sauce:

• Mix paneer, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl. Marinate it for 15-20 minutes.
• Alternately arrange paneer, red pepper and green pepper on the skewers.
• Brush them with oil and grill until they turn golden brown from all sides.

For Chilli Sauce

• Grind red chilies, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar.
• Heat oil in a pan, add the chili mixture and cook it for few seconds.
• Mix the corn flour into water and stir this into chili mixture.
• Add the salt and cook the sauce till it becomes thick.
• Remove from heat and serve with the paneer kebabs.

Suggestions: Serve it with plain rice and chilli sauce.

Tandoori Paneer

Ingredients:

• ½ kg Paneer (cut into 1½ inches cubes) 
• 3 tbsp Tandoori Powder 
• ½ tsp Red Chili Powder 
• 2 tsp Garam Masala 
• 2 tsp Cumin Powder 
• 2 tsp Coriander Powder 
• 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste 
• 1 Onion (chopped) 
• 1 Capsicum (cut into 1-inch pieces, deseeded and cored) 
• 1 cup Thick Yoghurt 
• ½ Bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped) 
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 
• 3 Lemons halved and Chaat Malasa (serving) 
• ¾ tsp Caraway seeds (crushed) 
• Oil 
• Salt (to taste)

How to make Tandoori Paneer:

• Cut onions into 1½ inch pieces, separating each layer of the onion.
• Cut the capsicum, tomato, onion and paneer into same size.
• Mix the remaining ingredients into the yoghurt.
• Add vegetables and paneer into yoghurt mixture.
• Mix them well and marinate in the fridge for least for 8 hours.
• Now take skewer add one piece of paneer, capsicum, paneer, onion, paneer, tomato.
• Grill it for 15 min.
• Remember to brush it with marinate several times while grilling.
• Lastly apply oil.
• During grilling turn the skewers slowly.
• Sprinkle chaat masala over the grilled panned & vegetables.

Suggestions: serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.

• 500g Milk 
• ½ cup Low Fat Curd

Things Required 

• Muslin Cloth 
• Broad Pan

How to make Low Fat Paneer:

• Take a broad pan and pour milk in it. Place it on flame and allow it to boil.
• When the milk starts boiling, add low fat curd in it and mix well.
• When it is completely boiled, remove it from heat and stir it gently. The milk will get sour.
• Now, tie the sour milk in a muslin cloth, let it strain and hang it for around ½ hour.
• It will turn into thick paneer. Use it as required.

Ingredients:


• 2 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)

• 200 g Cottage Cheese (grated)

• 4 tbsp Refined Flour

• 1 Onion (chopped)

• 1 tbsp Raisins (soaked)

• 3 Green Chilies (finely chopped)

• ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

• 1 cup Cornflakes (crushed)

• ½ tsp Chaat Masala

• ½ tsp Garam Masala

• ½ tsp Red Chili Powder

• 2 tbsp Green Coriander (finely chopped)

• Oil for frying

• Salt


How to make Aloo Paneer Pops:

• Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and sauté onion.

• Mix all the other ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.

• Now make a fine batter of refined flour.

• Make cylindrical shaped croquettes out of the mixture.

• Dip each one in the batter and put on a plate.

• Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

• Deep fry till golden and crispy.


Suggestions:

Serve with ketchup or coriander chutney.

Ingredients:


• ½ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)

• ½ cup Mint/Pudina (chopped)

• 2 Cinnamon sticks (medium size)

• 500 g Cottage Cheese

• 3 Green Cardamoms

• 4 Cloves

• 3 pinches Cumin Seeds

• 2 Onions (medium sized)

• 2 Bay leaves

• 5-6 Garlic cloves

• 4 tbsp Fresh Cream

• 2-3 Green Chilies

• 2 inch piece Ginger

• 1/2 cup Yogurt

• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala (powder)

• 1 tbsp Peppercorns (crushed)

• 1/2 tsp Coriander/Dhaniya (powdered)

• Salt (to taste)


How to make Paneer Kalimirch:

• Start with cottage cheese and cut it into medium- sized cubes. Fry them in 1 tsp of oil. (optional)

• Take a large saucepan and heat some oil in it. Put cumin seeds in it and fry, till they start to crackle.

• Add onions to the pan and fry them until they turn brown.

• Remove the onion from pan and let them cool down.

• Now, crush them along with ginger, green chilies and garlic, in the blender.

• In the saucepan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon sticks and bay leaves to it, along with ground paste. Mix them well.

• Now, add coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, fresh cream and whisked yogurt. Mix them well again.

• Add water to the pan and bring it to boil. Now, further add paneer cubes to it, along with chopped mint and coriander leaves.

• Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook on low- medium temperature, for 10- 15 minutes.

• When it is done, sprinkle ground peppercorns on top and serve it hot, with rice or chapattis.

Ingredients:



• 1 pkg Frozen fried paneer


• 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste


• 1 Onion (chopped)


• 4 tsp Coriander Powder


• 1 tsp Salt


• 2 tbsp Oil


• Coriander leaves (chopped)


• 4 tsp Masala powder


• 2 tsp Chilly powder


• 1 Tomato (chopped)


How to make Frozen Paneer Masala:


• Defrost the frozen fried paneer in a microwave. Keep it aside.


• Now add oil in a pan and heat it.


• Add garlic paste and ginger and stir, till it turns into brown.


• Now add onions and stir, till onions become translucent.


• Mix masala powder and coriander powder and stir.


• Then tomato pieces with chilly powder and stir well.


• Pour a little water, add salt and stir, till masala blends well in water.


• Add paneer, cover the pan and cook on a medium flame for some time.


• Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.

Hot And Sour Paneer And Vegetable Soup is a sizzling and scrummy recipe. Learn how to prepare Hot And Sour Paneer And Vegetable Soup by following this easy recipe.



Ingredients:



• 2 cups Vegetable Stock


• 1 ½ cups Firm Paneer (Small Cubes)


• 1 Egg


• ¼ cup Button Mushroom (Sliced)


• ¼ cup Red Capsicum (Finely Chopped)


• 1 tsp Oil


• I tsp Corn Flour


• 20 ml White Vinegar


• 2 Spring Onions (Chopped)


• Soya sauce to taste


• ¼ cup Celery (Finely Chopped)


How to make Hot And Sour Paneer And Vegetable Soup:


• Take a non-sticky frying pan and fry paneer in it for few minutes and leave it aside.


• Combine together spring onions, vegetable stock, capsicum and mushroom in a sauce-pan.


• Heat the vegetables till boiling point and then cover and simmer for 5 min.


• Add paneer and vinegar to the vegetables and bring to boiling point.


• Mix corn flour in water to make a smooth liquid paste.


• Pour in the corn flour paste slowly to the boiling soup while stirring the soup constantly until it is thickened.


• Remove the soup from heat. Now beat the egg and pour it into the soup, stirring and swirling until the egg has just set.


Suggestions:


Add soya sauce and celery for taste and serve hot.

Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer is a very popular Indian recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Palak Paneer by following this easy recipe. 240 cal per serving.


Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg Spinach

• 100 gm Paneer

• 1 Onion

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

• 3/4 tsp Ginger-garlic paste

• 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste

• 3 tbsp Butter

• 2-3 Bay Leaves

• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

• 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

• Vegetable oil

• Salt to taste


How to make Palak Paneer:

• Mix green chilli paste and ginger-garlic paste with spinach. Add little water.

• Pressure-cook the above mixture for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove before the first whistle.

• Cut cheese into small cube shaped pieces. Keep 3 cubes for decoration.

• Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

• Fry the paneer cubes on a medium flame till they become light brown.

• Take the pieces out of the pan.

• Take 2 tbsp butter and heat it.

• Add bay leaves and cumin for frying.

• Add chopped onions and fry again until they turn pink.

• Add garam masala powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

• Now add fried paneer and cooked spinach. Mix them properly.

• Put the palak paneer in a baking tray.

• Add the remaining butter and bake for about half an hour at 180 deg C.

• Grate remaining paneer pieces and decorate.

• Palak paneer is ready to serve.

Baby Corn Paneer

Ingredients:
• ½ tsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder, roasted
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 cup Baby Corn, sliced
• 1 cup Paneer / Cottage Cheese, sliced
• I Tomato, pulp removed & chopped
• 2 Onions, chopped finely
• 2 Capsicums, sliced
• Salt to taste
How to make Baby Corn Paneer:

• In a pan, fry onions in hot oil. Add capsicum and baby corn and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Baby corn can be boiled beforehand, to make it tender.

• Add tomatoes to the pan and continue to fry it for a while.
• Add chili powder, cumin seed powder and salt and mix.
• Cook the mixture for another 1 minute.
• Add paneer or cottage cheese and cook for another 3 minutes.
• When paneer gets cooked, transfer to a pan and serve hot.
