Tandoori Paneer

Tandoori paneer is a yummy recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Tandoori paneer by following this easy recipe.






Ingredients:

• ½ kg Paneer (cut into 1½ inches cubes) 
• 3 tbsp Tandoori Powder 
• ½ tsp Red Chili Powder 
• 2 tsp Garam Masala 
• 2 tsp Cumin Powder 
• 2 tsp Coriander Powder 
• 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste 
• 1 Onion (chopped) 
• 1 Capsicum (cut into 1-inch pieces, deseeded and cored) 
• 1 cup Thick Yoghurt 
• ½ Bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped) 
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 
• 3 Lemons halved and Chaat Malasa (serving) 
• ¾ tsp Caraway seeds (crushed) 
• Oil 
• Salt (to taste)

How to make Tandoori Paneer:

• Cut onions into 1½ inch pieces, separating each layer of the onion.
• Cut the capsicum, tomato, onion and paneer into same size.
• Mix the remaining ingredients into the yoghurt.
• Add vegetables and paneer into yoghurt mixture.
• Mix them well and marinate in the fridge for least for 8 hours.
• Now take skewer add one piece of paneer, capsicum, paneer, onion, paneer, tomato.
• Grill it for 15 min.
• Remember to brush it with marinate several times while grilling.
• Lastly apply oil.
• During grilling turn the skewers slowly.
• Sprinkle chaat masala over the grilled panned & vegetables.

Suggestions: serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.

Tandoori Egg Parantha

Ingredients:


• 2 cup Wheat Flour

• 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour

• 2 tbsp Milk

• 2 Eggs (beaten)

• 1 tbsp Water

• 2 tbsp Ghee

• Salt to taste

• 1 pinch Red Chilly Powder


How to make Tandoori Egg Parantha:

• Mix flour, all purpose flour and salt together in a bowl. To form medium firm dough, add hot water slowly and knead it.

• Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and leave for 15 minutes.

• In the meanwhile, mix the beaten eggs, milk, salt and chili powder thoroughly. Keep it aside.

• After the due time, divide the dough into equal golf ball size balls.

• Dip the dough ball into dry flour and roll it out into an oval shape (approx 5 inches).

• Place a heavy circular griddle over medium flame and when it becomes sufficiently hot, smear it with a tsp of cooking oil.

• Place the rolled roti on a griddle; smear it with a spoon of egg-salt-chilli powder mixture.

• When cooked on one side, flip it over using tongs to cook it until light golden brown spots appear.

• Remove the roti from the tava. Keep it in a covered (preferably insulated) container.

• Tandoori Egg Parantha is ready to eat. Serve hot.

Tandoori Baby Corn is a delicious Punjabi recipe, popular throughout North India. Learn how to prepare Tandoori Baby Corn by following this easy recipe.


Ingredients:



• 250 g Baby Corn


• 100 g Curd


• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste


• 1 tsp Red Chili Paste


• ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder


• ½ tsp Cumin Powder


• ½ tsp Cardamom Powder


• ½ tsp Black Salt


• Salt, to taste


• 20 ml Mustard Oil


How to make Tandoori Baby Corn:


• Take a muslin cloth and put curd in it. Tie the cloth so that water drains out of it.


• Now, put this strained curd in a bowl and add red chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, mustard oil, black salt, salt, cumin powder and cardamom powder. Mix well.


• Soak baby corn well in this masala paste and then grill it in hot tandoor, till it is cooked.


• Serve hot.






Tandoori Aloo

Tandoori Aloo is a popular Punjabi recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Tandoori Aloo by following this easy recipe.

Ingredients:



• 1 Cup small potatoes


• 2 Garlic (crushed)


• 2 tsp Cumin seed powder


• 1 tbsp Red chilli powder


• 4 Kashmiri Chillies


• 2 Garlic flakes


• 2 Cups water


• Salt to taste


How to make Tandoori Aloo:


• Wash the potatoes and peel them.


• Slit them half way on two sides.


• Place them all around the microwave turntable.


• Place a glass of water in the centre to prevent from getting wrinkled.


• Place it on microwave for 10 minutes.


• Grind kashmiri chillies and garlic flakes to make a paste.


• Heat the oil and add paste with salt.


• Mix it well and microwave it for 1 minute.


• Add potatoes, cumin seed powder and red chilli powder.


• Place the potato mixture in an oven at 350F.


• Serve hot with rotis.

Tandoori Fish

Tandoori Fish is a very tasty recipe. Learn how to prepare Tanduri Fish by following this easy recipe.



Ingredients:

• 1 Cod Fish

• 7 Garlic Flakes

• 5 Green Chilies

• 1/2 cup Curd

• 2 tbsp Lemon juice

• 1 inch Ginger

• 5 Drops of Red Color

• 2 tbsp Oil

• Salt to taste

Grind the following:

• 1 tsp Coriander Seeds

• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

• 2 Dry Red Chilies


How to make Tandoori Fish:

• Clean the fish properly. Make slits on either side of the fish.

• Apply lemon juice and salt over the fish. Keep it aside for half an hour.

• Make paste of ginger, green chilies and garlic.

• Beat the curd thoroughly.

• Add ginger-garlic paste and the powder of spices to it.

• Mix oil and add color into it and strain the mixture through sieve.

• Fill this in slits and smear all over the fish.

• Leave aside for about 5 to 6 hours.

• Put the fish in tandoor till it turns golden brown.

• Tandoori fish is ready to serve.

Tandoori Prawns

Tandoori Prawns is a very popular recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Tandoori Prawns by following this easy recipe.




Ingredients:

• 1 kg Prawn Tails (with shells)

• 7 g Red Chili Powder

• Salt (to taste)

• A pinch of Turmeric Powder

• 3 g Garam Masala

• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

• 200 g Curd

• 5 g Ajwain

• Oil (for brushing)



How to make Tandoori Prawns:

• Remove the veins of the prawns.

• Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, salt, and ginger-garlic paste. Keep aside for 15 minutes. • Mix curd with ajwain, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric together in a separate bowl.

• Drain the prawns and keep in the curd mixture for an hour.

• Heat the oven and roast the prawns for about 5 minutes.

• Remove and brush the prawns 4 times with oil nicely. Roast for another 4 minutes.

• Serve hot with vegetable salad.

CHICKEN TANDOORI

Ingredients:

• 8 Large chicken pieces

• 1 1/4 Cups yogurt (curd)
• 2 tbsp Lime juice
• 1 Cup chopped onions
• 3-4 Dried red chilies
• 2 tsp Coriander seeds
• 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
• 1" Piece ginger, grated
• 1-2 Cloves
• 2 tsp Garam masala
• 2 tsp Chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Cilantro and lemon wedges, for garnish

How to make Indian Chicken Tandoori:


• Make slits in the chicken pieces and rub lime juice and salt over them.

• Keep aside for half an hour.

• Grind dried chilies, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic and clove together.

• Mix the paste with garam masala and chili powder.

• Heat oil in a pan and sauté the masala. Add onions and fry.

• Pour yogurt and stir well. Remove the pan from fire.

• Arrange chicken pieces in a dish and pour the yogurt mixture over them.

• Refrigerate the marinade overnight or at least for 4-6 hours.

• Preheat an outdoor grill at medium high heat and lightly oil the grate.

• Cook chicken on the grill, until no longer pink and juices run clear.

• Garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges.

• Indian Chicken Tandoori is ready.
