Ingredients:
• 2 Cups maida
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• Butter milk as required
• 3 Green chilies
• A bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
• A pinch soda
• Salt as required
• Oil for deep frying
How to make Mangalore Bajji:
• Combine together the maida, onions, chillies, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda along with buttermilk, mix well.
• Take a pan and heat oil in it.
• Make pakoras and deep fry them.
