Chana Dal Chutney
Ingredients:
• 120 gm Chana dal
• 4 tsp Ghee
• 10 Green chillies, chopped
• 1 Coconut, grated
• 2 tsp Whole mustard
How to make Chana Dal Chutney:
• Fry dal and green chillies in ghee, until light brown.
• Grind coconut, fried dal and green chillies together.
• Fry whole mustard in ghee.
• Add it to the chutney.
• Serve with Dosa.
• Chana Dal Chutney is ready.
