
Ingredients:
• Peel of one Orange
• 1 tsp Bengal Gram Dal
• 1 tsp Urad Dal
• 1 tsp Mustard (seeds)
• 2 Chili (red and dry)
• Salt to taste
How to make Orange Chutney:
• Sauté orange peel, Bengal gram, urad dal, mustard seeds, and chilies for 2 minutes.
• Grind them in a mixer and add salt.
Suggestions:
Serve it with dosas and idlis.
