Ingredients:
• 6 Tomatoes
• 1 Green Pepper
• ½ cup Sugar
• 1 cup dried Bread Crumbs
• Butter
How to make Grilled Tomatoes:
• Preheat oven to 325 °F.
• Split the tomatoes into two pieces and remove the round top of the pepper.
• Place the tomatoes and pepper in a baking dish and sprinkle sugar and bread crumbs on them. • Dot the mixture with butter in the center.
• Bake for 1 hour.
