Ingredients:

• 1 Banana (finely chopped) 
• 1 cup Fresh Milk 
• 1 tbsp Fresh Curd 
• 1 tsp Ghee 
• 3 tsp Sugar 
• 5 Tulsi leaves

How to make Panchamritham:

• Combine together curds, ghee, milk and sugar in a bowl.
• Add finally chopped banana and tulsi.
• Refrigerate the mixture before serving.
• Panchamritham is ready. Serve it in tiny bowls.

Ingredients:

• 3 pounds Cauliflowers (cut into small florets) 
• 1 cup Green Onions (chopped) 
• 1 tsp Olive Oil 
• 3 Garlic Cloves (minced) 
• 1 cup Milk (low fat) 
• 2 tbsp Butter 
• ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (grounded) 
• ½ tsp Salt

How to make Cauliflower And Green Onion Mash:

• Toss cauliflowers, olive oil and garlic in a pan.
• Bake the cauliflowers for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
• Now heat milk in a pan and put butter in it.
• Let it boil for 5 minutes and mix cauliflower.
• Now heat it till cauliflower absorbs the liquid.
• Take out in a bowl and mash it, put pepper and salt.
• Sprinkle olive oil and green onions as garnish.

Suggestions: Serve chilled.

Asparagus & Potato Salad is a creamy and tasty salad recipe. Learn how to prepare Asparagus & Potato Salad by following this easy recipe.





Ingredients:

• 2 pounds small Red Potatoes (cut in halves or quarters depending on size) 
• 1 pound Asparagus (cut in 2-inch lengths) 
• 1 package frozen Peas (thawed) 
• 1 small Red Bell Pepper (cut in strips) 
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 
• 3/4 cup Mayonnaise 
• 1/4 cup Red Onion (minced) 
• 1 Lemon (juice) 
• 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard 
• 2 small Cloves Garlic (crushed) 
• 3/4 tsp Salt 
• 1/2 tsp Pepper (freshly ground) 
• 2 tbsp fresh Parsley (minced) 
• 1 tsp Dill Weed (dried) 
• Lettuce Leaves

How to make Asparagus & Potato Salad:

• Cook potatoes for 15 minutes, in boiling salted water.
• Drain. Place potatoes on a large bowl and cover to keep them warm.
• Cook asparagus, peas and red bell pepper in boiling water for four minutes, or until just tender. Drain.
• Add to the bowl containing potatoes and cover the bowl.
• Mix cream, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt, and freshly ground pepper in a medium saucepan.
• Cook until the mixture begins to boil. Keep stirring. Stir in dill and parsley.
• Pour the sauce over vegetables. Toss well so that the ingredients are well coated with the sauce.
• Arrange lettuce on platter and top with the salad.
• Serve the salad warm at room temperature.

How to make Beetroot Chaas:

• Blend all the ingredients except half cup ice.
• Pour the liquid in glasses and top with remaining ice.

Paneer Kebabs With Chilli Sauce is spicy and yummy recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Paneer Kebabs With Chilli Sauce by following this easy recipe.




Ingredients:

• 300 g Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese) 
• 1 clove Garlic (crushed) 
• 1/2 tsp Ginger (paste) 
• 1 Green Pepper (chopped) 
• 1 Red Pepper (chopped) 
• 1 cup Rice (cooked) 
• 2 tbsp Oil 
• Salt to taste

For Chili Sauce 

• 1/2 tsp red Chilies (ground) 
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 
• 1 tsp green Chilies (chopped) 
• 2 cloves Garlic (crushed) 
• 2 tsp Corn Flour 
• 3/4 cup Water 
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 
• 1 tsp Oil 
• 1 tbsp Sugar 
• Salt to taste 

How to make Paneer Kebabs with Chilli Sauce:

• Mix paneer, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl. Marinate it for 15-20 minutes.
• Alternately arrange paneer, red pepper and green pepper on the skewers.
• Brush them with oil and grill until they turn golden brown from all sides.

For Chilli Sauce

• Grind red chilies, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar.
• Heat oil in a pan, add the chili mixture and cook it for few seconds.
• Mix the corn flour into water and stir this into chili mixture.
• Add the salt and cook the sauce till it becomes thick.
• Remove from heat and serve with the paneer kebabs.

Suggestions: Serve it with plain rice and chilli sauce.
