Ingredients:
• 1 cup Fresh Coriander/Mint Leaves ( finely chopped)
• 5-10 gms Ginger (chopped)
• 4-6 Green chillies
• A pinch of Hing
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Onion (sliced)
• 1/4 tsp Water(if required)
How to make Green Chutney:
• Grind all ingredients in a grinder to a smooth paste using 1/4 tsp water.
• Refrigerate and use when required.
